Refund & Return Policy

At Doradoodle.com, we want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Note: We do not accept returns on customized or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Non-refundable items:

  • Shipping charges (unless due to our error)

  • Customized or made-to-order products


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (wrong product delivered)

To request an exchange, please text us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue with unboxing video.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, or we made a mistake.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.


5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Text us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for our team to provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back as instructed.
